To my Longtime Clients and Furry Friends:

First, I enjoy all of you so much and consider it a privilege to connect and share with your animals. If you’ve taken a class and experienced this  yourself, you know what a magical heart connection it can be. 

 

I’d like to be able to continue doing what I love and to that end I’ve been developing an automated process for ongoing sustainability.  Changes include how I request submissions, written messages, pictures, and any preparation needed beforehand, and how we manage any post-session questions.

 

End-to-end New Session Process - note that this process is in beta here, and discovering together what works best will trigger clarity and efficiency adjustments:

 

Session Prep

• Coming Soon! Click on the new ‘Start your Session Here’ button at the top of the Sessions page, and it will take you to a questionnaire form that will allow you to populate it with all your background and environment information, your questions and messages, and upload photos. All the info I asked for via email in the past will be collected in one place,  automatically transferred to a google doc for the session. 

 

Session Scheduling

• All sessions will move to a ‘week of’ scheduling assignment. This will allow me to conduct your session more efficiently with peak energy. If there are dates to avoid or you need a smaller window, you can note that in the questionnaire. You can either request a future ‘week of’ place in the cue, or accept next available as a default. Normally I review my upcoming week at the end of the previous week, and I can give you a requested smaller window notification at that time. 

• You can still request an exact date session as in the past for an added cost. 

• Urgent or Emergency Sessions are usually available within a few days for an added cost. Use the contact form to email me first if you need one.

• Transition Sessions are now handled separately and still include a 20 minute phone call. Here is the link to the Transition session scheduling page: Afterlife

• A payment link will be included in the questionnaire form; please complete payment at the time of submission or prior. 

 

Post-Session Completion

• I’ll share a Q&A doc with you immediately after I email the transcript pdf. Some of you are already using this system that allows you to take your time in absorbing the session, and asking questions inside the shared document before re-sharing it with me for answers. You’ll have a written record of anything we would have discussed on the phone going forward. 

 

Note that part of making this change grew out of noticing: After a few days, clients had fewer to almost no questions versus many questions when the Q&A call occurred more quickly after the session. We’re all growing and changing with the Earth herself: The animals are more present and in alignment with what we do during sessions and the humans are advancing their abilities in metabolizing and absorbing changes. You suddenly know what you need to know out of the session so much more quickly and completely than in the past.  

 

I’m still available for a phone call at an extra cost that reflects a business rate.
